Hate to say it, but Lovington has "0" shot at this. If they couldn't do it the last 2 yrs, they don't even make it a game after the first quarter. Artesai 52 Lovington 7.

Both Lovington and Artesia will see lots of new faces this year. I don't think it will be close to as high scoring as last year. I see a 28-14 type game either way with the winner being the one who makes the least mistakes/turnovers. Anyone see the scrimmage in Carlsbad last week?

I don't think it will be that bad but it has been 10 yrs since LVT has beaten the dogs. The closest games came last year and 05.

I think it will be a better game than we expect. Both teams had many spots to fill. This game is good though for lvt because it will allow the team to make the proper adjustments for their future games. I think it will be tough but i think lvt can win a close game. And if the bulldogs win I think it will be by a couple of scores. Hopefully all those artesia reveivers can cramp up and not run their routes.

JV team lost to Artesia last night 33-54. Sounds like a lot of offense on both sides. Good luck to the Cats tonight. I'll be posting updates from twitter.
